The sight of Goats grazing away in the fynbos on a protected Municipal Nature Reserve that is supposedly under the 'custodianship' of the Municipality for the benefit of the community of Tulbagh, boggles the brain!
Furthermore, to see the goats drinking out of the Klip river, which has been heavily polluted with raw sewerage (see other topics on this web site), shows the absolute disdain that this Municipality feels for the community of Tulbagh, their health and their general well-being.
Could a disease be transmitted via a polluted goat to a meat eating human?
While the web master cannot answer that question, it does make one wonder!
